Keys to Achievement is a personal and professional development program for Business and Professional Women (BPW) Members.
The Keys to Achievement program is designed to challenge members of BPW to work through a structured series of tasks to develop key career and business skills such as communication, development and leadership as well as enhancing our member’s knowledge and commitment to BPW.
The Keys to Achievement program provides a great mentoring tool for BPW Clubs and encourages members to develop their self confidence and their knowledge of the activities of BPW. Along with the huge benefits of personal and professional development members receive recognition for their progress and the contribution to BPW.
BPW Caboolture incorporates the Keys to Achievement program throughout all aspects of our Club. Through our monthly meetings, Club events we, as women, are constantly using and developing our skills and knowledge in many different areas. BPW Caboolture’s Keys to Achievement program formally recognise's each individual member’s progress in their personal and professional journey.
